1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and dewi11 ("Platform", "We", "dewi11"). This document governs the entire relationship between you and the dewi11 platform, including use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the dewi11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the dewi11 platform.

These Terms should be read together with the dewi11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and dewi11.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the dewi11 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• Never been declared bankrupt or currently subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition list of any relevant authority.

3Registration & Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the dewi11 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other information, are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification (KYC) and financial transaction processing.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials.
• Never share your login credentials with any other party.
• Dewi11 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the dewi11 support team immediately.
• All activity that occurs within your account is entirely your responsibility unless unauthorized access has been reported.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Dewi11 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia including FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local debit cards. All financial transactions on the dewi11 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit is as specified for each payment method and can be checked on the deposit page within your account.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the dewi11 account.
• Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed — this is a standard procedure to protect you from fraud.
• Dewi11 processes withdrawals in under 15 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to routine security checks.
• Dewi11 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents such as bank statements or a photo ID for large withdrawal amounts.
• Any attempt to process transactions using another person's payment information will result in immediate account suspension.

Dewi11 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond dewi11's control.

5Bonus & Promotions

Dewi11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, but the following general guidelines apply to all offers:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Dewi11 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse or attempts to manipulate the promotions system.
• The duration of each promotion is as stated in the specific terms of that promotion — unused bonuses within that period will expire automatically.
• Wagering with bonus funds on certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements; please check the specific terms of each promotion.

6Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the dewi11 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled except under exceptional circumstances as determined by dewi11.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original time, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If an obvious technical error or incorrect odds occurs at the time a bet is placed, dewi11 reserves the right to void the bet without notice.
• Live bets placed during broadcast interruptions or data delays are made entirely at the player's own risk.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each market and may change at dewi11's discretion.
• Dewi11 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.

Official results declared by the relevant sports event governing body are final and will be used as the basis for settling bets on dewi11.

7Casino & Game Rules

All casino, slot, and live games on dewi11 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent third-party auditors. Every game result is fully random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• If a connection drop occurs during an active game, the dewi11 system will record the last game state and allow you to resume the session once the connection is restored.
• If a technical failure affects a game outcome, dewi11 will resolve the issue based on verified system records.
• Players are not permitted to use any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play casino games.
• The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slot game is as determined by the respective game provider and can be viewed in the game information.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the dewi11 platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registration or use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of a false identity, another person's identity, or forged identification documents.
• Any form of money laundering using the dewi11 platform.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to manipulate games or betting.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or odds errors in the dewi11 system.
• Collaborating or conspiring with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or game results (collusion).
• Abuse of the bonus system, including opening new accounts solely to repeatedly claim welcome bonuses.
• Any attempt to threaten, insult, or bully staff or other players on the dewi11 platform.

9Data Security & Privacy

Dewi11 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. All your personal information is handled in accordance with the dewi11 Privacy Policy, which complies with international data protection standards.

• All data transmitted through the dewi11 platform is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your bank account and payment card details are never stored directly on dewi11's servers — we use a trusted payment tokenisation system.
• Dewi11 will not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

10Liability Limits

Dewi11 provides a betting platform to the highest service standards we can achieve. However, there are liability limitations you should be aware of:

• Dewi11 is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet disruptions on the user's end, device failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Dewi11 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform.
• Dewi11's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
• Dewi11 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or computer viruses, though we continuously strive to ensure optimal system availability.

11Account Termination & Suspension

Whether initiated by you or by dewi11, an account may be terminated or suspended under the following circumstances:

• By You: You may close your dewi11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe once all requirements are met.
• By dewi11: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach any of these terms, or if we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Self-Exclusion: If you choose to self-exclude due to gambling concerns, we will process your request promptly and restrict your access to the platform for the period you have requested.

Once an account is terminated due to a terms violation, dewi11 reserves the right to retain any remaining balance as compensation for damages or losses incurred by the platform.

12Terms Amendment

Dewi11 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made:

• Notifications will be sent to the email address registered to your account.
• A notice will be displayed in the main section of the dewi11 website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the dewi11 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of those changes.
